Kaviraj Singh is the founder and managing partner of Trustman & Co that he formed in the year 1998. Mr. Singh started his legal career in the year of 1996. Mr. Singh has essentially practiced in the areas of commercial laws with specialization in banking and real estate, Commercial and regulatory compliance laws. Mr. Singh practiced in the area of foreign investments by regularly advising multinational corporations on establishing and doing business in India.
Mr. Singh is the founding Chairman of India Chapter of New York State Bar Association, International Section. International Section of New York State Bar Association conferred the title of Chapter Chairman Emeritus on Mr. Singh in recognition of his extraordinary contribution to the New York State Bar Association, International Section and India Chapter. This title of Chapter Chairman Emeritus is conferred first time to any lawyer by International Section of New York State Bar Association. Mr. Kaviraj Singh was nominated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, India to the governing body of Aurbindo College under University of Delhi. Mr. Singh is presented with memento by the Consular General of United State of America Consulate at New Delhi. He is currently serving as President, Legal Cell of Indo-American Friendship Group and is also serving as Director of Federation of International Business Association based at New Delhi. Mr. Singh is also Co Chairman of External Affair Committee of Indo American Chamber of Commerce and it is only bilateral chamber between India & USA.
Mr. Singh also worked as a Director, India Office, New York State Department of Economic Development to promote the investment into New York and export from New York State to India.
Mr. Singh is a graduate in law from University of Delhi (LLB, 1996). After his graduation, Mr. Singh did a post graduate diploma course in International Trade and Corporate Law and Management. Mr. Singh is also a graduate in Industrial Psychology.
